Insight Global is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Management for a nursing job in St Cloud, Florida.

Must Haves:

• 2+ year RN Case Management experience
• Experience in a hospital setting, urgent care, or primary care.
• Certifications RN, BLS
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

• IV Cert
• Medicare Advantaged Care experience

Day to Day:

The position will assist with reduction in overall admissions, readmissions and ER visits. The CM is responsible for successfully supporting patients with high risk health conditions to navigate the healthcare system. The CM assists in developing patient empowerment by acting as an educator, resource, and advocate for patients and their families to ensure a maximum quality of life. The CM interacts and collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams, to include physicians, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technologists, social workers, and other educators.

o Ability to interact and verbally communicate effectively with patients and all levels of personnel in a professional, courteous and effective manner with excellent customer service skills.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task; must possess strong organizational and time management skills.

o Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

o Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

o Working knowledge of medical terminology.

o Knowledge of medical equipment and maintenance. Ability to learn how to maintain medical equipment.

o Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

o Ability to complete a color blindness test.
