Position Description
We are currently hiring 2–3 dedicated and compassionate nurses (LPN or RN) to join the care team for a 47-year-old male patient living with quadriplegia. For this role you must be physically capable of safe patient transfers and/or experienced with Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids to ensure a safe and supportive care environment for both patient and nurse. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent, meaningful care in a supportive home environment.
Location: North Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Daily care, Sunday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pay Rate:
- LPN: $35/hour
- RN: $40/hour
- Ostomy care
- Bowel program assistance
- Passive Range of Motion (ROM) exercises
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with agency policies
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, home health aides, and other healthcare team members
- Ensure patient safety through appropriate interventions and follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with agency standards and state regulations
- Respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition and notify the appropriate personnel
- Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
- Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment, including any relevant specialty areas
- Clear Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)
- Current In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted)
- Negative TB Test Result
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
